All Apologies

This one is for our beautiful, broken world and all the things we’re doing to it. It’s hard not to feel overwhelmed by the weight of it all. But I keep reminding myself to look anyway—to notice the tiny wildflowers growing through sidewalk cracks, the ferns unfolding in front yards, the way the light hits the trees at just the right angle. This painting is a reminder to keep your eyes open, even when your heart feels heavy. There’s still so much beauty here, and it’s worth paying attention to. Maybe even saving.
