Urban Coyote - SOLD

Coyotes live in my yard—wild, scrappy, and totally at home. I love them and hate them all at once. My dog loses his mind when their haunting howls echo through the night, and sometimes they stalk us on our evening walks, eyes glowing just beyond the streetlights. Still, I admire them. Surviving in a city can’t be easy. They move like ghosts, navigating concrete and chaos with grit and grace. This painting is about that complicated relationship—fear, awe, frustration, and respect all tangled together. It's wildness, right outside my door.
