Flourish

Flourish is a series of contemporary acrylic paintings by Bianca Youngers, created from 2023 to 2026. The work began during a period of profound change, when painting became a way to replant, build a new life, and grow toward what could sustain her.

Gardens, portals, shifting forms, and dense fields of color become places of movement and renewal. Youngers builds each original painting through accumulated acrylic layers, gestural marks, and intuitive forms that suggest the generous, unruly energy of a garden in full growth.

There is joy in these paintings, but also persistence. Flourish holds the tenderness and work of becoming, the daily act of making room for life to take root again. This body of work speaks to collectors drawn to contemporary abstract paintings that carry color, warmth, emotional resonance, and a sense of lived transformation.
